Amphenol Unlimited Services is a privately held company, founded in 1982, with headquarters in Oconto, Wisconsin. We are a financially sound company and currently celebrating over 30 years of operation. We have a major presence in the value-added business of custom wire harness, cable and control panel assemblies for off-road equipment, emergency, heavy duty truck, communications and specialty electronics and industrial industries.
- In 2001, we expanded our Oconto, WI. facility to over 63,000 square feet to accommodate our growing business and provide the necessary resources to our customers.
- In 2003, we purchased the operating assets of Trans World Connections, LTD., including manufacturing operations in Guaymas, Mexico.
- In 2006, we purchased the operating assets of Kenwood Electrical Systems, LTD., including operations in Rockford, IL.
These companies now operating as Amphenol Unlimited Services give us expanded capabilities and synergies to better serve all of our customers.
Efficient Design
The greatest distinction we have from most of the other companies in our industry is our progressive philosophy and pragmatic implementation of lean and flow wire harness manufacturing concepts. We have implemented flow visual systems, JIT, Kanban, TQM, a team-empowered workforce, and gainsharing programs to ensure that we can deliver a quality product to our customers on time. Amphenol Unlimited Services received recognition in 1999 as a Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Special Mention for Sustained Earnings Growth. Our well-trained and low-cost labor force, situated in small communities and Mexico, ensures us of adequate human resources to support our growth and our customers.
